•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, SCM or any related field.
•    10+ years of experience as Senior BSA Consultant/strategy manager to support teams focused on system enhancements, quality improvement, and reporting within a supply chain environment. 
•    Expertise with Documentation & Process Improvement, Project management, Data analysis, Power BI, refining and standardizing processes, developing templates for clear communication and presentations, and implementing tools to improve reporting efficiency. 
•    Design and implement communication templates for various business functions, including project updates, client communications, and internal newsletters.
•    Work closely with the branding team to ensure all templates, presentations, and documents reflect the company’s brand identity.
•    Manage purchase order processes, tracking approvals, and maintaining records of supplier interactions.
•    Oversee and support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project milestones, track progress, and adjust timelines when needed.
•    Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for business improvement and project evaluation. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for key metrics to support decision-making and project tracking.
•    Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
