- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or network management.
- Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise-level security solutions.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly desirable.
Systems Administrator Responsibilities:
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network systems, and servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across platforms like Active Directory, and support end-users by resolving technical issues via helpdesk requests.
- Implement IT security policies, monitor system performance, backups, and security updates, and oversee software licensing and updates to protect company data and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with vendors for IT services, hardware procurement, and troubleshooting, while maintaining detailed documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in IT projects, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and automation efforts.
