- 10+ years of Total IT experience with Technical background related to Databases and cloud (Azure).
- Lead a cross-functional development team in adopting and executing Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, with a focus on technical aspects of the project.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery of technical solutions.
- Act as a technical expert, identifying and resolving technical roadblocks while promoting continuous improvement within the team.
- Deep understanding of software development practices, including design patterns, coding standards, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies used by the team.
Ability to analyze technical feasibility of user stories and backlog items.
