- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SolMan, etc.).
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Manage user access, roles, and authorizations.
- Handle SAP transport management and backup/recovery processes.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Collaborate with functional and development teams to resolve system issues.
- Proficiency in SAP BASIS, S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is essential.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC, NetWeaver, HANA Database, and Cloud Integration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Plan and implement SAP S/4 upgrades (kernel, SPS, EHP, patches) and new implementations as required.
