* Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Finance, Risk Management, or a related field

* At least 5-10years of experience in risk management, with a focus on FO Risk, Credit Risk, or Market Risk

* Proven project management skills, with experience leading projects in a similar risk management environment

* Strong understanding of risk management principles, regulations, and industry best practices

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
