8-10 years of experience in SAP architecture and technical solution design, with a focus on SAP TM and logistics solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP TM (standalone or embedded in S/4HANA) in a complex enterprise environment.
Proven experience integrating SAP TM with SAP ERP, SAP EWM, SAP IBP, and third-party transportation or logistics management systems.
Strong background in transportation network design, freight cost calculation, carrier collaboration, and shipment execution within SAP TM.
Technical Competencies:
Deep expertise in SAP TM architecture, configuration, and best practices.
Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for extending SAP TM functionality.
Experience with SAP TM master data (business partners, locations, resources, transportation zones, and freight agreements).
Proficiency in transportation planning and execution, freight order management, charge calculation, and transportation resource scheduling.
Knowledge of SAP TM optimizer capabilities, including load consolidation, route planning, and carrier selection algorithms.
Strong skills in ABAP, BOPF, BRF+, and Fiori apps related to SAP TM.
Experience with SAP TM analytics and reporting tools, including embedded analytics, BW/4HANA, and SAC.
Familiarity with cloud-based transportation solutions and SAP TM integration with IoT and telematics.
