• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams. 
• 2+ years of experience in Payment domain 
• Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture. 
• Extensive experience with Java and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing containerized applications. 
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
