A bachelor’s degree in a technical area such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, or information systems.
• Professional experience with Esri software or various software systems, such as ArcGIS Online, and Enterprise
• At least two years’ experience with ESRI SAAS solutions such as feature layers, Experience Builder, Attribute rules, Map Viewer, Hub community, Portal, geodatabases, Rest services, webapplications and Arcade expressions
• Programming and scripting experience with languages such as Python and JavaScript
• Utilize GIS-based web applications including ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Pro, and Survey123 to create detailed maps, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• At least two years’ experience with web development in ASP.Net and C#
• At least four years’ experience with web development in JavaScript including jQuery
• At least one year experience using Test Driven Development
• Experience using Azure Devops or similar tool for work item management and source control
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• The preferred candidate must possess and demonstrate strong troubleshooting
