- Total IT Experience required 10+/11 Years
- Lead the team in the python development
- Coordinate & Guide the offshore team
- Preffered P&C Insurance Domain Experience
- Front face customers and provide appropriate reporting
- Expertise in Python frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms like (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
