- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements
- Architect and implement complex solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom scripting
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers while following ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
