·         Must have prior DQ Business Systems Analyst experience and a proven understanding of the use case documentation process. 

·         Work with Project Managers and other key stakeholders (IT Managers, IT Designers and Developers, and Subject Matter Experts (SME's)) to develop and document requirements and use cases in a manner that is clear, accurate, meaningful, and understood by all. 

·         Facilitate IT and business use case walk-thru sessions. 

·         Mentor less experienced Business Systems Analysts; review use case documentation and provide constructive feedback. 

·         Must maintain a thorough understanding of DQ's business practices and the applications/systems that support them. 

·         Work with IT and business users to evaluate options and recommend solutions in line with IT and/or business architecture. 

·         Develop reusable templates and maintain Business Systems Analyst methodology. 

·         Prepare documentation using tools such as Visio, Word and Excel.  Identify and implement process improvements
