Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related scientific or technical field, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

5+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities.

Preferred experience in the water and wastewater industry and familiarity with Oracle utility applications.

Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments, focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.

Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.

Hands-on experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.

Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.

Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Azure).

Extensive experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
