• Functional knowledge of at least one Tier 1 Asset management accounting systems such as Eagle, Alladin, Simcorp, PAM etc.

• A good understanding of Accounting Book of Record domain and functions like Securities, Positions, Cash, Transactions (Trades, Income, Paydown etc), Prices, Corporate Actions

• A good understanding of interactions with upstream (Order Management Systems) and downstream systems like Data Warehouse, Client Reporting, Performance reporting etc

• Experience with accounting conversion projects

• Experience with creating data inventory, cataloging existing data consumers, determining data usage

• Experience with data mapping to ensure data integrity and accuracy of migration

• Migration of Current State Processes to Target State

o Facilitate stakeholder meetings to document current state upstream and downstream processes and recommend future state processes

o Working with development teams to drive the implementation of changes required

o Validate and verify migration against defined success criteria

• Strong data analysis skills, ability to write queries to analyze data

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence
