Implement ITAM solutions for hardware/software asset tracking, license management, and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices.
Ensure data integrity within the CMDB and establish governance processes.
Work closely with ServiceNow administrators, architects, and business teams to optimize platform capabilities.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement necessary fixes.
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending improvements to the platform.
