Manages, coordinates, and monitors multi-disciplinary utility transmission & distribution projects from initiation through delivery and closeout. Serves as a liaison between engineering, procurement, and operations business groups in order to meet project requirements and targets.
- Ensures adherence to corporate guidelines for Project Management and Controls.
- Leads project planning and the development of business requirements.
- Manages complex projects involving multiple work streams, including contractors or offshore/remote project teams.
- Develops and maintains a project plan, including cost estimates and project schedule.
- Assembles and leads cross-functional project teams to ensure quality project deliverables.
- Ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and according to project plan.
- Monitors project deliverables and progress through ongoing communication with project members and stakeholders.
- Communicates project risks and works to mitigate risks throughout the project.
- Communicates project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
