Sr Salesforce developer, willing to commit to working in person from client's Stamford CT office at least 3x/week.
Client uses SF for a workflow-based application and is trying to build an extension of it (to be developed separately). They want the SF dev to be a strong individual contributor who doesn’t need a lot of direction once requirements are understood.
Person should be able to solve it and do hands-on dev to build it. So a seasoned developer with good communication skills is a must.
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce
- Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes
- Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
- Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and/or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are required and Platform II certification and JavaScript developer certifications are preferred.
