Need a good CRM Functional resource who knows CRM 7.0 and CRM Services in S/4HANA. both skills are mandatory.
SAP ECC CRM and S/4HANA Service Management Experience: 10 – 15 years with at least 2 full cycle migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA as a lead. Should have in-depth functional knowledge of the SAP system and CRM move to S/4 and have hands-on cross-functional experience.
The Functional Lead shall be responsible for gathering requirements and subsequent design and build deliverables.
