5+ years of business analysis or project management experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
Must work extremely well within a team-based environment while also being independent and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external resources
Proven problem solver who can work independently and think out-the-box to meet objectives
Demonstrate an understanding of Barings’ overall business, develop product knowledge across Barings’ investment capabilities, and possess the ability to articulate and communicate effectively
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
