•             Partners with business and technology SMEs to elicit and translate business requirements into IT solutions

•             Recommends and advocates target architecture, architecture strategy, vision, principles, and processes

•             Provides a Roadmap/Architecture/Framework ensuring that the proposed technical solutions align with the company’s overall objectives

•             Ensure that all solutions comply with security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices

•             Manage architectural governance and provides strategic direction and alignment to overall architecture strategy

•             Surveys the market landscape for new concepts, emerging technology, architecture, industry, and Company developments and proposes architecture as necessary.

•             Develops policies, standards, and guidelines to ensures a consistent framework is applied across the company

•             Develop scalable, secure, and compliant IT solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.

•             Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and define solution architectures.

•             Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical teams and business functions.

•             Assess and recommend emerging technologies and tools relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, such as AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.

•             Evaluate third-party solutions, ensuring compatibility with regulatory requirements

•             Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

•             Collaborate with project managers and vendors to oversee the delivery process.

•             Ensure all solutions adhere to industry-specific compliance standards, including data integrity and cybersecurity requirements.

•             Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their implications on IT systems.

•             Continuously monitor and improve system performance and scalability.

•             Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.

•             Lead workshops and interviews to collect functional and non-functional requirements from business users and document them clearly.

•             Develop detailed functional specifications and business process models to guide development teams in the execution of projects.

•             Ensure that the proposed solutions are effectively implemented within the organization's existing systems, working closely with development and implementation teams.

•             Guide the integration of third-party applications and platforms with internal systems to meet business needs.

•             Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the user experience

•             Strong execution skills and problem-solving skills.

•             Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

•             Strong knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

•             Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms.

•             Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.

•             Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and data governance.

•             Strong working knowledge of Application and Database Architecture

•             Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other SAS platforms
