JOB DETAIL

·  Design and implement SAP CRM Service solutions, including service orders, service contracts, service request management, and complaints handling.

·  Configure service management functions such as warranties, repairs, resource scheduling, and service confirmations.

·  Set up pricing, billing, and invoicing processes related to service scenarios

·  Integrate SAP CRM Service with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA modules like SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO.

·  Work with middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration for data synchronization between systems.

·  Support integration with customer-facing platforms, such as SAP C/4HANA or non-SAP solutions.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.
