Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce and Netsuite solutions. Develop architecture strategies and roadmaps that support business needs, ensuring that solutions are scalable, flexible, and meet best practices.

Integration: Oversee and manage integrations between Salesforce, Netsuite, and other enterprise systems. Ensure that all integrations are aligned with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

Customization & Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce and Netsuite platforms to meet specific business requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Data Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency across both platforms. Develop and implement data migration strategies, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs. Provide guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation phase.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce and Netsuite updates and best practices. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to optimize the use of both platforms.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce and Netsuite applications, troubleshooting issues as needed. Lead efforts for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
