·  5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

·  Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.

·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

·  Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities

·  Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling

·  Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques

·  Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce

·  Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes

·  Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL

·  Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

·  Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components

·  Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)

·  Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and/or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.

·  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·  Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills

·  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

·  Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are required and Platform II certification and JavaScript developer certifications are preferred.
