JOB DETAIL

  • Salesforce Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Configuration & Customization: Customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and data models.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce CRM with other systems (ERP, marketing tools, external databases, etc.) to ensure data consistency and seamless workflows.
  • Apex Development: Develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex code, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Data Management: Ensure efficient data management, including data migration, data cleansing, and maintaining high-quality customer data within Salesforce.
  • User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper user adoption. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
  • Salesforce Administration: Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and platform upgrades.
  • Process Automation: Automate business processes using Salesforce tools such as Process BuilderFlow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create advanced reports and dashboards to provide business insights and help decision-makers improve sales strategies and customer relationships.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, apply patches, and perform regular system updates to keep Salesforce running smoothly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support, IT) to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
  • Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, data privacy regulations).
