Team/ Program: Comcast created a Reliability program dedicated to Xumo TV.

This individual will be responsible for data collection, analytics, and communication (slide building, etc.) for the Xumo TV program.

Using resources from Jira, and various other tools to understand customer interactions, errors, reliability issues, etc. to provide an analysis and read out on performance of this XUMOTV product

Skills:

Minimum of 2 years, ideally in the 2-5 years of experience

Data analyst – looking for experience with data exploration skills and tools – Tableau, list queries, elastic queries, SQL, MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).

Collecting the data, identifying trends, and visualizing the data.
