• Understand the client's business processes and requirements related to finance and controlling.
• Experience in supporting the SAP FICO system to meet the client's specific needs.
• Good knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivables and Payable, Asset, Cost & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Project Systems, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Have exposure to testing and quality assurance.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, employing a strategic approach to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools like Service Now.
• Work with Application Owners (Development Team) during the onboarding process of new applications, overseeing the setup, configuration, and testing phases. This role is crucial in ensuring that all new applications meet the firm’s operational standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their configuration options.
