Onsite Network Support & Service Management:
- Provide network and wireless support for headquarters users.
- Perform incident, service request, change, and problem management tasks.
Network Configuration & Troubleshooting:
- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN network components.
- Perform Cisco IOS upgrades and manage hardware refresh projects.
Firewall & Security Administration:
- Administer Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortigate firewalls.
- Configure and manage F5 Load Balancers (creating VIP pools, nodes, and virtual servers).
Routing & Switching Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Static & Dynamic Routing and L2 & L3 Switching.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus & Catalyst switches.
- Configure and maintain Cisco ACI environments.
Wireless & Additional Network Technologies:
- Experience with Meraki Network LAN and Wireless administration.
- Administer Infoblox DNS/DHCP environments.
