30% - Project Coordination: Uses agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Facilitates communication between external groups and the project team. Monitors project progress and drives a culture of agility and learning.

30% Communication: Facilitates daily team meetings, address roadblocks. Hosts regular sessions to share updates with product stakeholders on project progression. Ensure deadlines are met.

20% Business Support: Plan and organize demos and product/system testing. Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.

20% Reporting: Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials. Prepares and presents to stakeholders.
