- Strong experience and willingness to document accurately throughout the full life cycle of the change, defect, and implementation project, including user story creation, test strategy, testing, and test results
- Ability to present changes to leadership along with impact assessment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (U.S.A.)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required)
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira (desired), ALM (nice to have)
