Have experience communicating and collaborating with carriers
Have a thorough understanding of TM integration touchpoints
Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting the TM module within a company's system, focusing on optimizing transportation logistics by managing freight planning, carrier selection, shipment tracking, and cost calculations
Have experience with SAP TM functionalities is added advantage
Experience in any ERP with Transportation Management domain expertise
Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements
Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise
Configure the requirements in respective solutions
Prepare functional specifications and support development teams
Conduct testing, training and support for master data migration
