Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:
20+ years in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis.
15+ years in the banking or financial services domain, with expertise in multiple core banking products.
Skills and Expertise:
Deep understanding of banking products (payments, credit cards, deposits, mortgages, and mobile apps).
Proven ability to lead enterprise-level business analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of compliance regulations, such as UDAAP, Truth in Savings, and data security protocols.
