- Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution
- Understand various agile methodologies and frameworks; SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP
- Effective communication skills, ability to adapt style to suit different audiences
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights on team performance.
- Good understanding of Software design and delivery. Knowledge of technical terminology and processes/systems
- Servant leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skill
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices. Be able to teach simple agile concepts to teams
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, promoting open communication and trust.
