1.    ServiceNow Development and Configuration:
o    Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
o    Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as APM, DPR, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
o    Develop and maintain business rules, scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
2.    Solution Design and Architecture:
o    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
o    Develop scalable and reusable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
o    Provide guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and recommend optimal solutions.
3.    Integration and Automation:
o    Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
o    Implement automation and orchestration workflows to streamline processes.
4.    Team Collaboration and Leadership:
o    Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
o    Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
5.    Documentation and Training:
o    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
o    Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
