- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA core modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and other related modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversions or migrations (from ECC to S/4HANA).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP systems.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 for custom user interfaces.
- Proficiency in ABAP for debugging and custom development (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work with both technical and functional teams and communicate requirements and solutions clearly.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
