• Superior Understanding of concepts and tools:Android Kotlin, Compose, Test Driven Development, Unit testing, hands-on experience in mobile development, Agile-scrum or Kanban development methodology 

• Ability to understand and drive the problems that must be solved for the final goal to be realized.

• Experience mentoring junior developers

• Creating/maintaining documentation for architecture

• Owns functional area development/implementation, design, solution, arch

• Deep understanding across business domains, thinks in terms of the whole business
