- Design and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing and scoring
- Setup and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and Truist data sources, Truist.com, Salesforce and Truist opt out management system
- Develop and fine tune lead scoring models and audience segmentation based on customer behavior and demographics
- Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permissions, data fields and API integrations
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements
- Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua
- Provide support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practice and system functionality
- Develop and manage Eloqua forms and landing pages
