Database Project Manager with expertise in database management, querying, and backend analysis within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of our database systems while analyzing backend processes to optimize data workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of data structures, regulatory compliance, and database maintenance best practices.

Data Querying & Analysis:
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
Provide insights and reports to support business decision-making.
Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within backend data structures.
Work closely with data analysts and business teams to translate business needs into database solutions.

Backend System Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze backend data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration across platforms.
Identify and resolve database-related bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
