Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
Project Management and Coordination:
Manage project backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA , ensuring timely updates and prioritization.
Plan and monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Act as the primary point of contact between business users, development teams, external partners, and end customers.
System Design and Implementation:
Design and document system improvements, workflows, and process models.
Champion the implementation and integration of new systems or features, including UAT testing and end-user training.
Validate test results conducted by QA teams to ensure compliance with business requirements.
Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support to address any issues.
