QA Tester

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of software quality assurance experience in both Windows and Mac environments.
Proven experience testing websites across all modern browsers and devices.
Experience with various forms of testing, including unit, performance, integration, manual, and automated testing.
Understanding of QA structures within Agile and Waterfall SDLC, with knowledge of best practices.
Experience in developing test strategies, supporting, and maintaining test plans for UAT, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing.
Familiarity with accessibility-compliant web standards and the ability to proofread content for quality assurance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with a diverse group of team members.
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., UiPath), C#, SQL, and version control systems is a plus.
