Serve as the primary interface between business and technology stakeholders in ETRM projects
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for ETRM systems and processes
Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation libraries
Facilitate user acceptance and drive project success through effective stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with Product Owners to conduct discovery and analysis of ETRM platform features
Develop and maintain user story backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and plan ETRM product roadmaps
