Connect various data sources to PBI – data warehouses, spreadsheets, SharePoint, snowflake, etc
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Power BI reports and other Power BI tools
Proactively propose specifications and solutions, while recommending best practices and planning on deployment
Develop data visualizations in PBI that communicate business performance, trends, and insights
Contribute and collaborative within and across IT teams in accomplishing assignments and prioritizing tasks effectively
Identify and document Power BI reporting needs and requirements, through interviewing and working closely in meetings with non-technical business users
Analyze and document current state processes and operations, evaluate, enhance existing reports and create new reports
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis related to operations, processes, and other business-related issues with Power BI
Influence and contribute to business conversations by using reports and analytics to promote data-driven decisions
Proactively train business users on using PBI, lead sessions to increase data maturity
Participate in agile scrum events – demos, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and break down work into user stories within Azure DevOps planning tool
Develop paginated reports using Power BI report builder tool.
