Client facing Salesforce Architect with expertise in Experience Cloud, Health Cloud Integrations and Omni Studio Creating quality design and scalable solutions in Salesforce from client concepts and requirements.
Design creation leveraging best practices and present architecture options and recommendations.
Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross team communication to enhance transparency review mechanism and issue resolution.
Lead and guide the technical development team on requirements, be a coach for best practices and understand the Salesforce product offerings in detail.
Create prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements.
Responsible for reviewing and determining the readiness of user stories Translate the business requirements and map them to Salesforce product features.
