10+ years of experience in ERP and SAP implementation.
Accountable for the successful delivery of SAP program phases, releases, and components.
Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project.
Ensure delivery of the SAP program in alignment with client PMO delivery methodologies.
Collaborate with project managers in managing overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the SAP program.
Manage program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables.
Ensure effective program oversight, including engagement, program, and project reviews to ensure success, and serve as a mentor to project managers.
Lead and own engagement-planning and program-planning activities.
Oversee the delivery of multiple SAP projects related to successful engagement or program execution.
Own the engagement and program plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, and quality criteria (on time, within budget).
Build proactive communication and relationships with key stakeholders outside of the direct team.
Work closely with business owners (L1, L2) to ensure impact realization and identify roadblocks or the need for sponsor involvement.
Execute against program goals to meet overarching transformational objectives and review impact execution status.
Provide clear and concise decision-making inputs to the steering committee, top-level management, and IT leadership.
Lead and manage SAP governance committees and ensure E2E program reporting and RAID management.
Coordinate and manage E2E integration activities.
Adhere to PMO governance standards, communications, and schedules.
