JOB DETAIL

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro, ITSM, or Business Systems Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing models, including SaaS, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
  • Hands-on experience in CMDB, ITAM, ITSM, and Discovery processes in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 19770, and SAM best practices.
  • Ability to work with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM (CIS-SAM) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

 

This role is ideal for professionals who understand both the technical and business aspects of ServiceNow SAM and ITSM solutions and can effectively translate business needs into successful ServiceNow implementations.
