- Citrix: Experience with DaaS, Virtual Desktops, and Apps; Citrix Cloud is mandatory
- VDI: Strong knowledge of MCS deployments and related technologies
- Scripting languages:
- PowerShell and Citrix PowerShell scripting mandatory
- hcl, json, yml, vbs
- Python an advantage
- EUC Technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, FSLogix, Citrix WEM
- Client OS: Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS, Linux
- DevOps tools: Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Packer, Ansible

- Gold image management: Experience in maintaining gold images for Citrix Workers and Virtual Desktops
