1.Strong knowledge of JavaScript concepts like Callbacks, Arrow Functions, Async and Await, Promises, Rest and Spread operators.
2.understanding of hooks and the context API and Redux for state management and side effect.
3.managing complex states and side effects, e.g. compound components, render props, higher order components
4.improve app performance like lazy loading, state splitting and memorization
5.unit test coverage using Jest and enzyme.
