3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
3-5 years' experience with data models, star schemas, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of and experience with databases and programming
State/Government experience preferred.

 
Additional Skills/Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (Oracle, SQL etc.) and programming (XML, JavaScript, PL/SQL)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at PL/SQL queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
