Lead the design and implementation of advanced data solutions using Redpoint AML, SQL,
◦ Redpoint RPI, Redshift and Redpoint RPDM.
◦ Oversee the development and maintenance of AEP Architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
◦ Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in implementing RPI
Functional models.
◦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data solutions.
◦ Migrate UNICA Campaign to RedPoint RPI
◦ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data architecture and functional models.
◦ Ensure data solutions are aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
◦ Conduct regular reviews and assessments of data solutions to identify areas for improvement.
◦ Implement best practices for data management, security, and governance.
◦ Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
◦ Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on data architecture and functional models.
◦ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys data solutions remain cutting-edge.
◦ Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize data solution requirements.
◦ Ensure all data solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
