· Lead a Team of 4-5 resources and help the Team when they are held up.
· 10+ years of experience in Data Engg space
· Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to support data integration and ETL processes.
· Work with Azure Data Factory to orchestrate and automate data workflows.
· Utilize Databricks for data processing and analytics.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
· Optimize and troubleshoot SSIS packages and data workflows.
· Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
· Document technical specifications and processes
