 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field- 6+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software

Strong understanding of ML/AI model development lifecycle and governance- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Superior communication and stakeholder management ability

Very strong liaison between Business & IT and be the owner of the product backlog. Knowledge on various SAFe roles.

Team milestone and roadmap development.

Quarterly roadmap reviews Bi-weekly stakeholder updates on status of work and delivery timelines

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts

Background in financial services or regulated industries- Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM, CSPO)
