Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
Responsible for sprint planning including capacity planning, execution, coordination, and risk management.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Document and track key decisions, issues and risks associated with a project-on-project management platform /status reporting.
Monitor and resolve issues that arise during project execution to safeguard impact to delivery goals/objectives.
Follow established cadence with stakeholders and report project status reporting.
Manage project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets. Ensure Change Request documentation and communication is completed following the standardized workflow.
Communicate and implement any change requests effectively.
Responsible for consulting the client with the industry’s best practices as well as project management and practices.
Documentation of lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of the Project Management practice
Follow Agile deliverables/ceremonies as outlined.
Observe RACI roles and responsibilities.
